New Human Brain Project (HBP) is a H2020 FET Flagship Project which strives to accelerate the fields of neuroscience, computing and brain-related medicine. Each H2020 coordinator-submitted, and formally approved/eligible proposal, will receive a PES grant without submitting a PES-application. Each submitted and formally approved/eligible partner proposal will receive a minimum of NOK 20,000 without submitting a PES-application.

JPI HDHL: Call for Joint Action Working Groups on diet-related chronic diseases By establishing working groups the JPI HDHL aims to support transnational cooperation and communication between individual researchers, research groups and research organizations in order to merge knowledge, data and research results. EMBO (European Molecular Biology Organization) Fellowships
Research on the molecular mechanisms of life at all levels.

Short-term Short-Term Fellowships fund research exchanges of up to three months between laboratories in eligible countries.

Long-term The EMBO Long-Term Fellowships are awarded for a period of up to two years and support post-doctoral research visits to laboratories throughout Europe and the world.

New information Applications received by 11 August 2017 will be evaluated in their autumn meeting, with interviews in October.  Outcomes will be announced on the first week of December.

New ERS | EMBO Fellowships The goal of this joint programme is to encourage collaboration between clinicians and basic researchers and to bring more clinicians into basic science. The ERS is interested in offering such fellowships particularly to clinicians working in the field of respiratory medicine.

The scheme will also contribute to the dissemination of results of North American research to Norway and furthermore contribute to competence building in Norwegian research communities. Grants will be awarded for visits of shorter or longer duration.

International bilateral research cooperation (INT-BILAT)
