Apple released a new operating system X 10.11 (El Capitan) September 30th.
Users with Macs set up by the IT department should not upgrade to this version until we’ve tested it against our systems. We can not guarantee that the new version works against UiB services like printing and connecting to storage areas.
The upgrade is also not recommended for users with Macs they operate themselves if the computer will be used against our systems. This is until we have clarified “El Capitan” works with the University’s systems.
