[:no]Klinisk institutt 2 arbeider i disse dager med å forbedre websidene. Vi fokuserer på hvordan presentasjonen av forskningsgruppene skal fremstå. Et hovedmål er at websidene skal være oppdaterte og så langt som mulig også standardiserte for å sikre tilgjengelighet av et minimum av relevant informasjon om alle forskningsgruppene. Elementer i standardiseringen vil være sentral informasjon om gruppemedlemmene (navn, bilde, tittel og kort forskningsprofil), forskningsmålene og metodene som brukes i forskningsgruppen, samarbeidspartnere til forskningsgruppen, og kanskje også tyngre spesialutstyr som finnes i lokalene som forskningsgruppen disponerer.

For å nå dette målet etablerer vi nå webredaktører rekruttert blant stipendiater med pliktarbeid. Webredaktørene skal fungere som en redaksjonell støtte til alle forskningsgruppene og følge opp oppdateringen og standardiseringen av websidene i samhandling med instituttet, men forskningsgruppene skal fortsette å ha ansvaret for selve innholdet på sidene.

På sikt håper vi at informasjonen om forskningsgruppene også vil kunne gjøres søkbar, og websidene således bli en katalysator for forskning på K2.

Helge Ræder[:en]The Department of Clinical Science now aims to improve the webpages. We focus on how the research groups are going to be presented. A main goal is that the website should be updated and as far as possible also standardized to ensure availability of a minimum of relevant information for all research groups. Elements of this standardization include key information about group members (name, image, title and short research profile), research objectives and methods applied in the research group, the collaborators of the research group, and advanced special equipment possessed by the research group.

To reach this goal we have appointed web editors recruited from the graduate students. The editors will provide editorial support to all research groups and follow up with the update and standardization of the webpages in collaboration with the Department, but the research groups will continue to have the responsibility for the actual content of the webpages.

In the future we aim to make the information about the research groups searchable so that the web pages become a catalyst for research at the Department of Clinical Science.

[:no]Vi presenterer Andreas Venizelos, ph.d.-student ved  Mohn Kreftforskningslaboratorium, Klinisk institutt 2. Andreas  begynte med sitt ph.d.-arbeid i Mars 2016, med Stian Knappskog som veileder. Om noen vil si hei finner dere han i etasje 1M i laboratoriebygget.

Andreas started with his PhD work in March 2016 under the supervision of Stian Knappskog. If you want to say hello, you can find him in the 1M floor in the lab building.

Velkommen til kommunikasjonsfrokost, onsdag 27. april, kl. 08.30-09.45 (dørene åpner for frokost fra kl. 8), Auditorium A, Sydneshaugen skole.
MOOC-kurs, Mitt UiB og Podcast er noen av mulighetene for å nå et større publikum i dag. Hør mer om dette på årets andre kommunikasjonsfrokost.
Digitale verktøy og kanaler benyttes aktivt av forskerne, men UiB som institusjon jobber også med dette. I årets andre kommunikasjonsfrokost deler vi erfaringer fra dette arbeidet, og vil fortelle om forskernes muligheter til digital formidling gjennom nye flater. Vi byr også på kaffe, te og enkel frokost.

Welcome to Communication Breakfast Wednesday 27 April at 8:30 to 9:45 am (doors open for breakfast from 8 am), Auditorium A, Sydneshaugen school.
MOOC course, My UiB and Podcasts are some of the possibilities to reach a larger audience today. Learn more in this year’s second Communication Breakfast.
Scientists at UoB actively use digital tools and channels, but UoB as an institution is also working on this. In the upcoming Communication Breakfast we share experiences from this work and talk about the researchers’ possibilities of digital dissemination through new surfaces.
