
The call is open to all disciplines. Between $10,000 and $25,000 will be awarded per project. The funds can be used to cover travel expenses, stipends for PhD candidates/postdoctoral fellows, or expenses related to fieldwork, among other things.

In the first week of November, Innovation Norway has for the past few years arranged a conference for contact between business and academia in Rio de Janeiro. The main focus of the conference is energy transition in a broad sense, and the aim is knowledge exchange between research institutions and companies in Brazil and Norway.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Bergen (UiB) are collaborating on a Global Seed Fund to support international academic collaboration. The initiative aims to strengthen ties between the two institutions by developing new and long-term collaborations between UiB and MIT.
