The K2 administration will be out of office Thursday March 9th 2017.
The expedition will also be unattended this day.

NAV is working to digitize the sick leave certificate, making it easier for everyone involved in a absence interact. The goal is to have a digital solution avaloable for all during 2017. Parts of the digital solution is already being used by many People on sick leave, but can not yet fully be used by employees at UiB.

The university has completed the election of safety representatives, senior safety and the university’s delegate for function period 2017-2018.

On UiB’s websites, you can search for a person if you need their phone number, email or other info. It is also possible to post a picture of yourself. This is something UiB wishes that we have on our profiles. Unfortunately many here at K2 doesn’t have a picture of themself, but it is very easy to fix.

You can contact Irene Hjelmaas or Ingvild Lekven Jonsvoll (8th floor – lab-building) to get your picture taken. You can upload the Picture on Your profile at www.uib.no/login. You can come by Thursday December 15th at: 9-10 AM or Wednesday December 21st at 10-11 AM to get your picture taken.

Engagement and Development characterize health, safety and environment (HSE) ved University of Bergen (UiB). UiBs HSE report for 2015 shows that  there is a lot of good HSE at the University. Targeted efforts with the tasks and work directed towards challenges.
