We are happy to announce that the first NORBIS Summer School, “An introduction to molecular biology, bioinformatics and biostatistics” will take place in Bergen, 13th – 17th June, 2016.

Please distribute the attached invitation to anyone who may be interested. We aim for a wide variety of backgrounds at the summer school, and we encourage students in fields such as cell- and molecular biology, marine studies, genetics and medicine to register, along with our own NORBIS students.

Note that attendance at the NORBIS summer school is free of charge. NORBIS will cover travel and accommodation for all NORBIS members. Non-members can also apply to have their travel and accommodation costs covered (include estimated costs for travel and accommodation).
