On Wednesday, June 3, the bachelor's students in nutrition gathered for a solemn and enjoyable ceremony. A total of 20 students are completing their bachelor's degree this spring, and most were present to mark the end of three years of study. The ceremony included speeches, reflections, and celebration.
Marking of completed studies
The day's program included speeches from program committee chair Hanne Rosendahl-Riise and course coordinator for the bachelor's theses, Oddrun Gudbrandsen. Both highlighted the students' efforts and development throughout their studies, and the importance of the subject of nutrition in meeting future health challenges.
Pictures, roses and cake
The students themselves contributed with a photo slideshow that gave a look back at their time as students. Roses were also handed out to the candidates before the ceremony ended with a joint celebration and cakes.
Further studies
We would like to thank the students for three great years and for choosing to pursue a bachelor's degree in nutrition with us. At the same time, we hope to welcome many of them back to the master's degree in clinical nutrition in the fall.
