My name is Oda Barth Vedøy, and starting this week I will be the new editor of K2Nytt. I have been a PhD candidate since October 2019, and in my project I am exploring intestinal bacterial dynamics during an experimental ETEC-infection. My supervisors are Hans Steinsland and Kurt Hanevik. I received my master’s degree in general microbiology at the Faculty of mathematics and natural sciences, and am therefor relatively new at K2. I am looking forward to getting to know the institute through the work with K2Nytt. Please contact me if you wish to contribute with cases for K2Nytt.
