We present Thomas Aga Legøy, Master of biology at the University of Bergen. Thomas started on 15 March 2017 as a PhD student at K2, in the group for diabetes research. He will characterize cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in the gradual failure of insulin producing β-cells in diabetes, under supervision of Simona Chera.
