The official opening of the National Center for AI and Learning – AI LEARN was marked on December 3. – We want to understand how we learn, work and create with AI, and use this knowledge to strengthen human agency in an era of rapid technological change, says Barbara Wasson, Director of AI LEARN.
Research across disciplines and sectors
Minister of State Sigrun Aasland, Minister of Research and Higher Education, sent a video greeting in which she emphasized that AI LEARN will be very important:
– I am pleased that AI LEARN will conduct research across disciplines and sectors and involve many stakeholders. This allows us to gain more in-depth knowledge, new perspectives and enable us to put research into use more quickly, said Aasland in his greeting.
