RESEARCH POLITICAL SEMINAR 2015
Tuesday 17 November 2015 kl. 9:30 to 4:00 p.m. at Hotel Bristol, Oslo.

Title of this year’s seminar is “Academic freedom under pressure?”.

Academic freedom is a basic academic ideal, that will ensure independence and quality of research and education. Where does academic freedom stand today and how can we safeguard it in the face of changing conditions as a result of increasing external funding, political priorities and a greater emphasis on the usefulness of knowledge?

Deadline for registration for the seminar is Tuesday November 10 2015, but be early – last year the seminar was full before the deadline. Registration form can be found here.
