FRIPRO/FRIMEDBIO plans to give 250 million in free project grants in the fields of medicine, health and biology. There will be 4 categories: Postdoctoral fellowship, young research talents, event support and research projects. Deadline is May 21st 2014. For more information (in Norwegian).
