The Project is financed by the EU, and is led by associates Yael Harlap and Hanne Riese from the Department of Education at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Bergen.

The aim of the project is to spotlight how people experience what can be seen as otherness or deviation from the Norwegian “norm”. Therefore they want to interview people who have felt different or is experiencing being seen as different by others. Mainly the interviews will consist of informal conversations, and all material will be handled confidentially and anonymous.
