News, This weeks edithorial

[:no]Ukens leder[:en]Editorial[:]

[:no]Strategi for framtiden – gled deg til Solstranseminaret 24-25 februar

Programmet for strategiseminaret på Solstrand begynner å ta form og blir svært spennende. Et hovedtema blir vårt samarbeid med helseforetakene på Vestlandet. Det blir innlegg av både Eivind Hansen og Per Bakke etterfulgt av paneldiskusjon der vi håper instituttets ansatte vil være aktive. Vi har et godt samarbeid, men det kan bli bedre. Konkurransen om de beste forskerne og underviserne er hard og ressursene knappe. Hvordan kan vi utnytte vårt potensiale best mulig? Vi håper at diskusjonen kan føre til 2-3 konkrete forslag som kan settes ut i livet.

Et annet hovedtema blir forskningsfinansiering med vekt på EU-midler. Vi får besøk av Katie Anders fra forskningsavdelingen og vår utsendte i Brussel, Charlotte Eide. Søknadsmuligheter og informasjon om Digital Europe står på agendaen. Relatert til dette blir det innlegg om innovasjon og hvilke muligheter inkubatorbygget Eitri har å by på.

Videre skal vi ha fokus på undervisning og formidling på ulike plattformer der blant annet leder av Senter for undersøkende journalistikk Per Christian Magnus blir med. Hvordan kan vi formidle forskning på en mer edruelig, men likevel spennende måte uten sensasjonsoppslag som skaper urealistiske forventninger?

De enkelte forskningsguppene og miljøene vil også få mulighet til å presentere seg og det vil også bli en konkurranse, kanskje til og med en OSCE-eksamen – den som kommer få se. Så blir det veldig sosialt å treffes på tvers av yrkesgruppe og campi der K2 er representert.

Visestyrer[:en]Strategy for the future – you can look forward to the Solstrand meeting 24-25 February

The program for the strategy seminar at Solstrand is starting to shape up and will be very exciting. A main theme will be our collaboration with the health trusts in Western Norway. There will be talks by both Eivind Hansen and Per Bakke followed by a panel discussion where we hope the department’s employees will be active. We have a good collaboration, but it can get better. The competition for the best researchers and teachers is fierce and resources are scarce. How can we make the best use of our potential? We hope that the discussion can lead to 2-3 concrete proposals that can be put into practice.

Another main theme will be research funding with an emphasis on EU funding. Katie Anders from the Research Department and our envoy in Brussels, Charlotte Eide will participate. Application opportunities and information about Digital Europe are on the agenda. Related to this will be talks about innovation and what opportunities the incubator Eitri has to offer.

We will focus on teaching and dissemination on various platforms, including participation by the head of the Center for Investigative Journalism, Per Christian Magnus. How can we convey research in a more sober, yet exciting way without sensational postings that create unrealistic expectations?

The individual research groups and environments will also have the opportunity to present themselves and there will also be a competition, perhaps even an OSCE exam?.

We also hope there will be amble time for social interactions across groups and campi where K2 is represented.

NFR inviterer i disse dager til søkerwebinarer for utlysningen Forskerprosjekt 2022 som har frist 2. februar 2022.

Webinarene gir oversikt over utlysningen, søknadstypen og hvordan søknadene blir behandlet. De blir spilt inn slik at man kan gå inn og se de flere ganger.

NFR is currently inviting applicants for webinars for the call Researcher Project 2022, which has a deadline of 2 February 2022.

The webinars provide an overview of the call, the type of application and how the applications are processed. They are recorded so that you can go in and see them several times.

[:no]Nasjonal erfaringskonferanse om pilotprosjektet med primærhelseteam i fastlegepraksiser[:]

[:no]Helsedirektoratet, i samarbeid med deltakende pilotkommuner/fastlegepraksiser, inviterer til konferanse for å dele erfaringer, funn og betraktninger om hvordan det er å jobbe i primærhelseteam (PHT).

Temaer som vil bli belyst gjennom konferansen er:

  • Erfaringer med PHT fra fastlegene, sykepleierne og helsesekretærenes ståsted
  • Kommunene/Kommuneoverlegenes erfaringer med PHT
  • Brukerhistorier
  • Erfaringer med finansieringsmodellene
  • Erfaringer med psykolog i PHT
  • Strukturert oppfølging av pasienter
  • Ledelse i fastlegepraksiser med PHT

En viktig del av konferansen vies også den rykende ferske sluttevalueringsrapporten for 2021 fra evlueringsteamet bestående av UiO, Oslo Economics og Nasjonalt senter for distriktsmedisin. Evalueringsrapporten ferdigstilles kort tid før konferansen.
