
The Faculty of Medicine's new honorary doctor, Anna Gloyn, became interested in her field when she had a fellow student who had type 1 diabetes. Now she is one of the leading stars in diabetes research.

The aim of the course is to provide participants with knowledge of the principles, theory and practical application of MRI. The theoretical part of the course will cover multimodal imaging and the theoretical aspects of MRI. Participants will receive practical training on the instrument in the practical part and learn about basic image analysis of MRI images. After the course, participants should be able to understand how to plan and perform MRI experiments on small animals.
