Utlysningen av EUs MSCA- Individual Fellowships (IF) 2019 er nå åpen og har søknadsfrist 11. september 2019.
IF støtter de beste og mest lovende forskere i starten av karrieren, og søkerne kan komme fra hele verden. Programmet er åpent for alle fagområder, og det er søker som bestemmer tema for prosjektet. Det finnes to typer stipend der ett åpner for å hente søkere til UiB mens det også er mulig å reise til land utenfor Europa i to år og komme tilbake til UiB det tredje året.

FA tilbyr MSCA-IF kurs
Forskningsadministrativ avdeling er i gang med å utforme et strukturert opplegg for søknadsstøtte i samarbeid med fakultetene, og vil bla. tilby et dags kurs for MSCA-IF søkere og veiledere ved UiB den 28. mai 2019 kl 09.00 – 16.00. Her er lenken til søknadsskjema til kurset og kursprogrammet. Fristen for påmelding til kurset er 24.05.2019. Kandidater som ønsker å komme til Bergen for å delta på kurset, kan søke om PES-midler via sin veileder til sitt respektive fakultet (veileder må godkjenne søknaden).
Kurset vil bli strømmet via et Webinar, slik at de som ikke har anledning til å reise til Bergen eller som ikke rekker påmeldingsfristen kan delta online.
UiB vil gjerne ha en oversikt over aktuelle kandidater for å kunne sette opp en plan for søknadsstøtte. Dersom dere har aktuelle kandidater send gjerne en mail til amra.grudic@uib.no innen 19. mai.[:en]About the program
The announcement for MSCA-IF is now open with a deadline 11 September 2019. The program supports talented and promising early stage researchers and applicants can come from around the world. MSCA-IF is open to all scientific disciplines with a bottom-up approach meaning that the applicant decides the research theme for the project. Two types of stipend exist, one where applicants can come to UiB for two years and another where researchers can travel to institutions outside Europe for two years and come back to UiB the third year.

FA offers MSCA-IF course
The Division of Research Management at UiB is, together with the faculties, in the process of setting up a plan for how to support researchers in the preparation of the application. A one-day course for MSCA-IF applicants and their mentors is scheduled on 28 May at 09.00-16.00. Here is la link to the application form for the course and the course program.
The course will be streamed via a Webinar and you will be able to participate online even if you have not signed up for the course in time or cannot come to Bergen.
