Helse Bergen has implemented a new system for reporting issues, defects, or requests for new or changed requirements related to the tenancy agreement. Such matters should no longer be submitted by email to 77100.
All employees at K2 can still register new cases.
The new system is called Omega 365 and will replace the current Customer Web (Kundeweb) solution. To log in using your University of Bergen (UiB) credentials, select the Microsoft tab on the login page. Omega 365 og vil erstatte dagens Kundeweb. For å logge på systemet med UiB-tilhørighet velger man Microsoft-fanen.
