The election of Safety Representatives at the University of Bergen (UiB) for the 2027-2028 term is now underway. At UiB, Safety Representatives are elected at all levels, and all employees may nominate candidates for:
- Local Safety Representatives
- Chief Safety Representatives at faculty/division level
- The University’s Chief Safety Representative
Safety Representatives play an important role for the workplace, colleagues, and employer. UiB’s Safety Representatives are employees’ representatives in matters concerning the working environment and are committed, proactive, and highly qualified.
Deadlines for nominations:
- Local Safety Representative: 11 September
- Chief Safety Representative: 9 October
- University Chief Safety Representative: 23 October
