The award is given annually to a person or unit/group that has made a special contribution to the working environment.

Based on an overall assessment, the prize will be awarded to the person or persons who have implemented or taken the initiative for new and innovative measures according to at least one of the following criteria:
1. Helps increase safety in the workplace.
2. Actively contributes to a positive work environment characterized by inclusion and diversity.
3. Contributes to increasing understanding and knowledge of work with health, environment and safety.
4. Measures that build bridges across the organization and that contribute to strengthening the "we - feeling".
The deadline for registering candidate(s) is December 21, 2025, the jury consists of the faculty's HSE committee led by the faculty director.
The award ceremony will take place at the faculty's HSE day on February 18, 2026.
