The University of Bergen invites you to an exciting seminar on the latest developments in Single-Cell Multiomics. The event will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 12:00–13:30 in Auditorium B302, Central Building at Haukeland University Hospital.
The seminar is organized in collaboration with BD Biosciences and will provide participants with insight into how BD Rhapsody™ HT can contribute to cost-effective high-throughput single-cell sequencing. The program covers, among other things:
- Advantages of microchamber-based cell isolation
- New opportunities for multiomics such as CITE-seq and ATAC-multiome
- Improved protein workflow for more efficient detection
- Perspectives on spatial analysis with BD Rhapsody
The talk will be given by Jouni Rantanen, Single Cell Solution Architect at BD Biosciences. After the presentation, there will be time for questions and discussion.
