Welcome to an insightful lecture with Randi Rosenqvist, Norway's most experienced forensic psychiatrist. With nearly 50 years of experience in psychiatry and correctional services, she provides a unique insight into how society encounters people who commit serious acts of violence – often the sickest among us, who are let down by both care and the system.

For her work, she has received the Order of St. Olav, the Norwegian Prize for the Protection of the Rule of Law and the Norwegian Transparency Prize (2024). She is currently working on the book "My life, my profession: heavy psychiatry – betrayal of the sickest"
