The Panorama Seminar will address opportunities and challenges in academic collaboration with priority countries outside the EU and EEA: Canada, Brazil, India, Japan, China, South Africa, South Korea and the USA. The seminar will be an important meeting place for Norwegian academic communities and institutions that collaborate with these countries in education, research and business.
