We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming CCBIO Junior Scientist Symposium on December 5th, 2024. This seminar series offers a fantastic opportunity to connect and engage with fellow young scientists. We look forward to vibrant and insightful discussions, as always.
As the keynote speaker CCBIO researcher Manuel Carrasco Fernandez, will explore the fascinating intersection of music and science in his talk, “From the Keys to the Notes: Music and Science in Harmony.” Åshild Johansen will present her innovative research on developing osteogenic and angiogenic bioinks for 3D bioprinting, focusing on co-culture designs. Marta Kaminska will explore the intricate dynamics of the blood-brain barrier in the context of Alzheimer’s disease utilizing advanced imaging mass cytometry. Inga Kirstine Flaaten Motzfeldt present her findings within preclinical development of novel tyrosine kinase inhibitors targeting mutated FLT3 in acute myeloid leukemia. Otilie Klokk will conclude the presentations with her research on targeting WRN helicase in MMR-deficient endometrial cancer, showcasing potential new treatment strategies.
We hope to see you there for an enriching and inspiring experience!
