The value of the small things in health and medical technology
The Research Council of Norway, Lysaker October 27th 2015
Welcome to the Research Council conference and workshop on nanotechnology in health and medical technology.
We look at how future demand for healthcare and medical services can be a driving force for research and innovation in nanotechnology, often at the interface towards ICT and biotechnology.
Nanotechnology for better diagnosis and personalized treatment is the vision we must strive to achieve. How can available R&D expertise, businesses and “users” needs reinforce and inspire each other to bring us there in the future?
We promise you a day full of knowledge exchange and networking. You get to meet experts, business representatives, investors and scientists. You will hear lectures from national and international experts in the field. Conversations around the tables and participant involvement in the workshop will give you the opportunity to contribute, inspire and discuss research needs and opportunities for innovation.
Kathrine Myhre from Oslo Medtech will see us safely through the day as a speaker and moderator. As leader of Oslo Medtech she has experience with stimulating knowledge and business development in the healthcare sector.
The workshop will be led by Ylva Lindberg from Sigla. She has more than 15 years business experience.
There is no registration fee.
Sign up – deadline October 15th.
The program can be found here.
The conference is organized in cooperation with Oslo Medtech and Oslo Cancer Cluster
