Apply for Erasmus+ placement mobility
Employees at UiB can apply for Erasmus+ grants for short training stays at universities, companies or organizations in Europe. The stay is intended to provide professional enrichment, new ideas and sharing of good practice.
Examples of activities: job shadowing, workshops, seminars with active participation or staff training weeks. Purely professional conferences are not approved.
Practical information
- Stay: minimum 2 days, usual support for up to 5 working days
- Application: approved by the manager and sent in Elements (case no. 2025/14971)
- Mobility Agreement must be signed before departure
- A maximum of two people from UiB can receive support for the same activity.
- You cannot receive support if you received an Erasmus grant in autumn 2023 or later.
Application deadlines: September 15 and 1. februar
The scholarship consists of a daily rate + travel rate based on distance. There are separate rates for green travel.
