Migraine through a woman's life – panel discussion on Women's Day

Three times as many women as men suffer from migraines, and the condition changes throughout life, from puberty and pregnancy to breastfeeding and menopause. This makes migraines both complex and often challenging to treat.

On International Women's Day, March 8, the DRIV Center for Women's Health Research at the Faculty of Medicine invites you to an open panel discussion about migraine, with a special emphasis on how the disease affects women throughout their entire life cycle. The audience will also have the opportunity to ask the panel questions.
In the conversation, the experts will address, among other things:

  • How do migraines in women differ from migraines in men?
  • How can you handle everyday life with migraines?
  • What treatment options are available for the different phases of life?
  • What does the latest migraine research say about women's health?

Time: March 8th, 2:00 PM–3:00 PM
Place: Large Auditorium, Literature House in Bergen

The event is open to anyone with an interest in women's health, migraines, and new research in the field.
