Diabetes Wellness Norway invites researchers at Norwegian research institutions to apply for funding for projects within diabetes research. The foundation wants to promote research that can ultimately contribute to better treatment methods – and hopefully a cure – for people living with diabetes.
Framework for the call for proposals
- Maximum award: NOK 200,000
- Application types: Basic, clinical or translational research
- Tema: Alle områder innen diabetes, inkludert årsaker, komplikasjoner, behandling og forebygging
- Application requirements: Only researchers affiliated with Norwegian research institutions can apply.

Important deadlines and information
- Application deadline: Monday, January 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM
- Applications may be assessed in an initial triage. Projects rejected at this stage do not proceed to full scientific assessment and do not receive feedback.

- Applications must be submitted in English.
