To all employees at UiB
On 1 March 2025, the Service Centre for Pay, Travel and Absence (hereinafter referred to as the Service Centre) was established. An important part of the concept of a service centre is continuous improvement through close dialogue with users. Some of this takes place at separate meeting places with representatives from the units at UiB, but it is also desirable to have regular feedback from a wide range of users.
Before the establishment of the Service Center, a user survey was conducted to capture how users experienced the services. This is now being followed up with a new user survey, approximately 6 months after the establishment of the Service Center.
The user survey is anonymous, takes 5-10 minutes to complete and can be completed on both mobile and PC. The survey allows you to justify your answers if you have any further comments or input.
The deadline for responding to the user survey is November 9, 2025.
