Introduction course in the chart of accounts, the reposting solution, the fixed asset register and period closing. Topic: The structure of the chart of accounts, activation and disposal in the fixed asset register, templates in the reposting solution and provision vouchers.

TOA, Payroll and Reassignment. The course provides an introduction to payroll processes for economists and HR staff at faculty and departments.

A general introduction to budgeting, forecasting and financial management of the overall economy at UiB. The collection shows tools and methods and how these are used at UiB
Purchasing (11.11 at 0900-1200)
How do we make purchases at UiB? The course contains an introduction to public procurement, and an introduction to the Need to Pay (BtB process). including the process around ordering and payment.

Introductory course in Receivables for payment. Topic: Basis for invoice, Customer, Invoicing and crediting from the project module or the customer and sales module, Payments, Follow-up of invoices that are not paid.

Introductory course in handling VAT when buying and selling domestically/abroad.
Project Economics (25.11 at 0900-1200)
The course provides an overview of rules, concepts and the life cycle of the grant- and contract-funded project from project application to project completion.
