CCBIO906: Cancer Genomics (3 credits)
Date: October 21–23
The course provides a broad understanding of cancer genomics and the use of next-generation sequencing (NGS). It covers DNA variation and structure, RNA expression, nuclear and chromatin structure, as well as ethical and legal aspects and hereditary predisposition.
