Det medisinsk-odontologiske fakultet er opptatt av å forbedre transportforholdene for våre studenter og ansatte. For å gjøre dette trenger Skyss oppdatert kunnskap om ansattes reisemønstre, hvilke transportmidler man bruker, hvilke alternativer man har og hvordan man opplever å bruke ulike transportmidler i forbindelse med reiser til og fra jobb. Dette håper vi du vil bidra til gjennom å delta i reisevaneundersøkelsen til Skyss.
For å få mest mulig representativ informasjon, trenger Skyss svar fra både deg som bruker kollektivtransport hver dag eller kun av og til, fra deg som kun bruker bil, fra deg som sykler og fra deg som går.

MOF is committed to improve transport conditions for our students and employees. To do this, Skyss requires updated knowledge on employee travel patterns. This means; what transportation do you use, what options do you have, and how are your experience of using various transportation to work? Invitasjon til informasjonsmøte 27. mars om organisasjonsutviklingsprosjektet ved UiBInformation Meeting about The Organizational Development Project.
Alle ansatte inviteres med dette til informasjonsmøte om de fire siste rapportene fra arbeidsgruppene i organisasjonsutviklingsprosjektet.
Formålet med organisasjonsutviklingsprosjektet ved UiB er å utvikle de sentraladministrative tjenestene slik at de best mulig støtter opp om universitetets oppgaver innen forskning, utdanning og formidling.
Møtet finner sted i Egget på Studentsenteret, fredag 27.mars klokken 09.00 – 11.30
I møtet vil ledere/sekretærer for de fire siste delprosjektene presentere arbeidsgruppenes anbefalinger og det blir anledning til å stille spørsmål. Et mer detaljert program blir lagt ut på prosjektets nettsider før møtet. Arbeidsgruppenes rapporter er sendt ut til alle enheter, fagforeningene og hovedverneombudet 17. mars, se sak 14/757. Styringsgruppen for prosjektet vil behandle rapportene i slutten av april.
Det serveres en enkel frokost ved inngangen til auditoriet. Av den grunn ber vi om at ansatte som ønsker å delta registrerer sin påmelding innen 24. mars.

All employees are invited to an information meeting about the four recent reports from the working groups in the organizational development project.
The meeting will take Place at «Egget», at the Student Centre, Friday, March 27 o’clock 9:00 to 11:30
During the meeting, leaders / secretaries to the last four subprojects will present workgroup recommendations, and it will be possible to ask questions. A more detailed program will be posted on the project’s website before the meeting.
A simple breakfast will be served at the entrance to the auditorium. For this reason we ask that employees who wish to participate registrates within 24 March.
