[:no]Fredag 21. mars legger forsknings- og høyere utdanningsminister Sigrun Aasland (Ap) frem stortingsmeldingen om forskningssystemet.

Det norske samfunnet er avhengig av at vi har et velfungerende forskningssystem. Forskning er avgjørende for å løse de fleste store samfunnsutfordringer som Norge og verden står overfor.

Forskningssystemet omfatter forskerne, institusjonene der de arbeider og infrastrukturen de bruker. Det handler også om bruk og organisering av forskningen, regelverk og myndighetsutøvelse.
