[:no]Vi er glade for å invitere deg til det kommende CCBIO Junior Scientist Symposium den 6. juni 2025. Denne seminarserien tilbyr en fantastisk mulighet til å komme i kontakt med og engasjere seg med andre unge forskere. Vi ser frem til levende og innsiktsfulle diskusjoner, som alltid.
Vi er beæret over å ønske Lars A. Akslen, den anerkjente direktøren i CCBIO, velkommen som vår hovedtaler. Han vil dele den fascinerende reisen til CCBIOs oppstart, utfordringene og triumfene ved å lede en så omfattende organisasjon, og verdifull lærdom underveis. Hans innsikt lover å være både inspirerende og informativ for yngre forskere. Oriol Castells Marin vil diskutere hvordan intracellulære signalsignaturer fra monocytter kan skille akutt myeloid leukemi fra friskt blod og benmarg. Sammy Choi vil gi innsikt i optimalisering av proteomikk-arbeidsflyter for å analysere små prøver av formalinfiksert parafininnstøpt humant nyrevev. Marthe Alvestad vil introdusere en dynamisk 3D in vitro-modell for å studere nyresykdom. Og til slutt vil Lars Muhl utforske molekylær karakterisering av muselevercelletyper ved hjelp av Smart-seq2 encellet RNA-sekvensering.

Poster CCBIO Junior Scientist Symposium June 2025[:en]We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming CCBIO Junior Scientist Symposium on June 6th, 2025. This seminar series offers a fantastic opportunity to connect and engage with fellow young scientists. We look forward to vibrant and insightful discussions, as always.
We are honored to welcome Lars A. Akslen, the esteemed director of CCBIO, as our keynote speaker. He will share the fascinating journey of CCBIO’s inception, the challenges and triumphs of leading such a comprehensive organization, and valuable lessons learned along the way. His insights promise to be both inspiring and informative for junior researchers. Oriol Castells Marin will discuss how intracellular signaling signatures from monocytes can differentiate acute myeloid leukemia from healthy blood and bone marrow. Sammy Choi will provide insights on optimizing proteomics workflows for analyzing small samples of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue. Marthe Alvestad will introduce a dynamic 3D in vitro model for studying kidney disease. And finally, Lars Muhl will explore the molecular characterization of mouse liver cell types using Smart-seq2 single-cell RNA sequencing.
