[:no]Konsul Søren Falch og øyenlege Sigurd Falchs Fond lyser nå ut to priser til fremragende forskere ved Det medisinske fakultet.
- Falchs Seniorpris tildeles etablerte forskere som har vist lederskap innenfor egent forskningsområde. Prisbeløp er kr. 150.000. Det er bare instituttledere som kan nominere kandidater til seniorpris. Se vedlagt utlysningstekst.
- Falchs Juniorpris tildeles unge forskere under 40 år som har gjennomført forskningsarbeid av stor vitenskapelig eller sosial betydning. Prisbeløp er kr. 100.000. Alle professorer ved Det medisinske fakultet har rett til å nominere kandidater. Se vedlagt utlysningstekst.

[:en]Consul Søren Falch and ophthalmologist Sigurd Falch’s Fond are now announcing two awards to outstanding researchers at the Faculty of Medicine.
• Falch’s Senior Prize is awarded to established researchers who have shown leadership within their own research area. Price amount is NOK. 150,000. Only department heads can nominate candidates for the senior award. See attached call text.
• Falch’s Junior Prize is awarded to young researchers under the age of 40 who have carried out research work of great scientific or social importance. Price amount is NOK. 100,000. All professors at the Faculty of Medicine have the right to nominate candidates. See attached announcement text.
