[:no]MEDLEMMER TIL INSTITUTTRÅDET VED KLINISK INSTITUTT 2 GRUPPE B
Det skal velges medlemmer i gruppe B til instituttrådet ved Klinisk institutt 2. Valget er hjemlet i universitetets valgreglement. Instituttrådet skal ha medlemmer valgt av og blant:
- Gruppe A: Fast tilsatte i undervisnings og forskerstilling (tilsatte instituttledere inkludert)
- Gruppe B: Midlertidig tilsatte i undervisnings og forskerstilling
- Gruppe C: Teknisk og administrativt tilsatte
- Gruppe D: Studenter
Frist for forslag på medlemmer (gruppe B) er satt til
tirsdag 10. april 2018
Forslag må være hos valgstyrets sekretær, Irene Hjelmaas, instituttadministrasjonen irene.hjelmaas@uib.no , innen kl. 15.00 tirsdag 10. april 2018.
Instituttrådet skal ha følgende sammensetning:

Forslaget må være skriftlig (på papir med fysiske underskrifter) og det må være underskrevet av minst tre stemmeberettigede i den respektive gruppen. Ingen kan skrive under på mer enn ett forslag.
Forslaget må inneholde minst én og høyst fire kandidater. De foreslåtte må være valgbare. Fremmes det forslag på mer enn en kandidat, oppfordres det til at det tas hensyn til kjønnsmessig balanse.
For å ha stemmerett og være valgbar til gruppe B må man ha vært tilsatt før 1. mars valgåret i slik stillingskategori som det avlegges stemme i og ha minst 50% stilling ved Klinisk institutt 2, Det medisinske fakultet.[:en]MEMBERS FOR THE INSTITUTE COUNCIL OF CLINICAL INSTITUTE 2 GROUP B
Members in Group B shall be elected to the Institute Council at Clinical Institute 2. The election is authorized by the University’s electoral rules. The Institute Council shall have members elected by and among:
- Group A: Fulltime employed in teaching and research positions (including department managers)
- Group B: Temporary employes in teaching and research
- Group C: Technical and administrative staff
- Group D: Students
Deadline for proposals of members (Group B) is set
Tuesday, April 10, 2018
Proposals must be sendt to the election board’s secretary, Irene Hjelmaas, departmental administration irene.hjelmaas@uib.no , by kl. 15:00 Tuesday 10 April 2018.
The Institute Council shall have the following composition:

The proposal must be in writing (on paper with physical signatures) and must be signed by at least three voters in the respective group. No one can sign on more than one suggestion.
The proposal must contain at least one and a maximum of four candidates. The suggested must be eligible. If the proposal is promoted to more than one candidate, it is encouraged to take gender balance into account.
In order to have the right to vote and to be eligible for Group B, one must have been employed before March 1 the election year in such post category as to be voted in and have a minimum of 50% position at the Clinical Institute 2, Faculty of Medicine.[:]
