[:no]\"Per<\/a>Den nye strategiplanen for perioden 2016 til 2018 begynner \u00e5 ta form. Den bygger p\u00e5 de forslagene som kom inn p\u00e5 instituttets strategiseminar i januar i \u00e5r. Der deltok forskningsgruppeledere, plattformledere og instituttr\u00e5dets medlemmer. Siden har instituttledelsen jobbet videre med planen. Arkitekten bak oppbyggingen av strategiplanen har v\u00e6rt Vidar Steen. Den er inndelt i punkter som omhandler forskning, undervisning, rekruttering, innovasjon og kompetanse, samt helse, milj\u00f8 og sikkerhet. Vidar har p\u00e5pekt at m\u00e5lene i planen b\u00f8r v\u00e6re Spesifikke, M\u00e5lbare, Ambisi\u00f8se, Realistiske og Tidfestede (SMART). Planen, inkludert m\u00e5l og tiltak omfatter vel en -1- side. Da er det h\u00e5p om at vi kan huske den og forholde oss den til og faktisk ta den i bruk.<\/p>\n

Vedlagt denne lederen er planen<\/a> slik den foreligger i dag. Det understrekes at den ikke er endelig. Instituttledelsen vil s\u00e5 bearbeide kommentarene hvoretter den vil bli diskutert i den utvidete ledergruppen f\u00f8r den vedtas av instituttr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n

Per[:en]\"Per<\/a>The new K2-strategy for 2016-18 is under development. The strategy plan is based on the suggestions brought forward at the K2 strategy seminar in January. At the seminar the leaders of the research groups and the platforms, as well as the members of the institute council participated. Afterwards, the department management\u00a0has developed the plan\u00a0further. The architect behind the plan is Vidar Steen. The plan is divided into sections on research, teaching, recruitment, infrastructure and competence, as well as HSE. Vidar has argued that the various aims in the strategy plan should be Specific, Measurable, Ambitious, Realistic and Time specific (SMART). The plan covers slightly more than\u00a0one-1- page. This is so short that we will \u00a0hopefully remember it and make use of it.<\/p>\n

The strategy plan<\/a> attached to this editorial is the current version of the plan. It should be stressed that it is not final. I want everybody, you included, to read it and comment on it<\/strong>. All comments are welcomed. Send you comments to Irene<\/a> within Friday, March 4th. The department management\u00a0will then revise the plan and discuss it with the extended management team\u00a0of the department. The final version of the plan will be approved by the Institute Council.<\/p>\n
