Vi endrer dermed praksis i tr\u00e5d med dette og erstatter fast \u00e5pningstid med at det inng\u00e5s avtaler p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd. Dette vil gjelde s\u00e5 lenge senteret er plassert i Christiesgt.18. For kontakt med SIM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internasjonale forskere og enheter ved UiB som har sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l knyttet til internasjonale ansatte\/gjester kan som f\u00f8r ta kontakt p\u00e5 telefon og epost til : <a href=\"mailto:signe.knappskog@uib.no\">knappskog@uib.no<\/a> eller <a href=\"mailto:euraxess@uib.no\">euraxess@uib.no<\/a> eller per telefon: 555 89373\/ 482 60 683.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Dersom det er \u00f8nskelig med personlig m\u00f8te for informasjon og veiledning, benyttes epost eller telefon (se forrige punkt) for \u00e5 avtale tid og tema for veiledning.<br \/>\nI et personlig m\u00f8te kommer det reelle informasjonsbehovet tydeligere frem, og kommunikasjonen blir bedre enn ved telefon\/epost. SIM anbefaler derfor forskerne \u00e5 benytte tilbudet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Personlige m\u00f8ter skal fortrinnsvis foreg\u00e5 i arbeidstidens kjernetid (09:00 \u2013 14:30) og p\u00e5 SIM, men dersom behov er det mulig \u00e5 v\u00e6re fleksible p\u00e5 tid og sted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e5r ingen er til stede p\u00e5 SIM eller kan svare telefon, skal HR-avdelingen kunne ta imot beskjed og inng\u00e5 avtaler om veiledning for SIM. Telefon HR: 555 82100<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Som en hovedregel skal det ikke ta mer enn to arbeidsdager fra \u00f8nsket tid for avtale til gjennomf\u00f8rt samtale. We change practices in line with this and replace fixed opening hours with pre-arranged meeting times. This will apply as long as the center is located in Christiesgt.18. For contact with SIM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>International researchers and units at UiB who have questions related to international staff \/ guests may like before contact us email to: knappskog@uib.no or euraxess@uib.no or by telephone: 555 89373\/482 60683.<\/li>\n<li>If you want a personal meeting for information and guidance, arrange time and discuss topics for guidance by email or phone (as metioned in the last point).<br \/>\nIn a personal meeting the real information needs more is clearer, and communication is better than by phone \/ email. SIM therefore recommends researchers to avail the offer.<\/li>\n<li>Personal meetings should preferably take place in work core time (9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) and atSIM, but if needed, we can be flexible in time and place.<\/li>\n<li>When no one is present on SIM or answer the phone, the HR Department will be able to take a message and conclude agreements on guidance for SIM. Phone HR: 555 82100<\/li>\n<li>As a general rule, it should not take more than two business days from the time you want for appointment to completed call.
