Sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5lene er standard sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l som brukes i slike unders\u00f8kelser. Det understrekes at svarene er anonyme. Det er heller ikke mulig \u00e5 finne ut hvem som har svart og ikke svart p\u00e5 unders\u00f8kelsen.<br \/>\nDet psykososiale milj\u00f8et p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen v\u00e5r er viktig. Jeg vil derfor oppfordre alle til \u00e5 svare. Dess flere som svarer, dess mer representativt blir unders\u00f8kelsen for de faktiske forhold. Resultatene av unders\u00f8kelsene vil bli lagt frem p\u00e5 HMS \u2013 seminaret den 2. desember. Unders\u00f8kelsen vil danne grunnlag for \u00e5 se p\u00e5 styrker og utfordringer ved det psykososiale arbeidsmilj\u00f8et p\u00e5 K2. An email will be sent to all asking you to answer two questions: What is good about the psychosocial environment and what is bad. The questions are standard questions used in such investigations. It is emphasized that the answers are anonymous. Nor is it possible to find out who has and has not responded to the survey. The psychosocial environment at our workplace is important. I would therefore urge everyone to respond. The more who answer, the more representative the survey will be for the actual situation. The results of the survey will be presented at the HSE-seminar on December 2nd. The survey will form the basis for looking at the strengths and challenges of the psychosocial work environment in K2.
