Prosjektet springer ut av rektoratets valgplattform: &laquo;UiB skal ha en kultur der alle yrkesgrupper og ansatte opplever \u00e5 ha det samme samfunnsoppdraget og identifiserer seg med universitetets kjernevirksomhet&raquo;.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uib.no\/ouprosjekt\" target=\"_blank\">Se for mer informasjon<\/a>.\u00a0 Det har v\u00e6rt flere \u00e5pne informasjonsm\u00f8ter for de ansatte hvor status for prosjektet har blitt lagt frem. Her er noen forslag som vil bli gjennomf\u00f8rt: Bedre vilk\u00e5r for tverrfaglig samarbeid, incentiv som stimulerer til \u00f8kt ekstern finansiert virksomhet\u00a0og\u00a0 etablering av et tverrfaglig BOA-team blir fulgt opp.\u00a0 Rekruttering av internasjonalt sterke kandidatar skal oppn\u00e5s gjennom nye rekrutteringsprogram. Digitale tjenester skal sikre tilgang og enklere\u00a0tjenester rettet mot studenter. Felles krav til serviceniv\u00e5 og god tilgjengelighet til de sentraladministrative tjenestene skal utvikles, og ansattsidene\u00a0skal forbedres.<\/p>\n<p>De siste 4 rapportene gj\u00f8res n\u00e5 kjent i organisasjonen f\u00f8r styringsgruppen skal ta stilling til\u00a0gruppenes anbefalinger.\u00a0En av de mest diskuterte rapportene har gjeldt forskerutdanningen ved UiB.\u00a0 I den anledning kom det n\u00e5 i uken som var et <a href=\"http:\/\/pahoyden.no\/debatt\/2015\/04\/doktorgraden-utdanning-eller-forskning\" target=\"_blank\">debattinnlegg om saken<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Roland<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2015\/03\/Roland-Jonsson.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-6053 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2015\/03\/Roland-Jonsson.jpg\" alt=\"Roland Jonsson\" width=\"76\" height=\"108\" \/><\/a>The Organization Development Project at UiB aims to develop the administrative services so that they support the university\u2019s tasks within research, research education, general education and scientific communication in an optimal manner.\u00a0 The project emerges from the electoral platform of the rectorate: \u201cUiB should have a culture where all employee groups identify with the same social mission and identify with the university\u2019s core activities\u201d.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uib.no\/en\/orgproject\" target=\"_blank\">See for more information<\/a>. There have been several open information meetings for employees where the project\u2019s status has been presented. Here are some proposals that will be initiated: Better framework for interdisciplinary collaboration, incentives which stimulate to increased external funding and the establishment of an interdisciplinary BOA-team will be followed up. Recruitment of strong international candidates will be achieved through new recruitment programs. Digital services will ensure easier access and simplified services for students.
