Du bestemmer selv n\u00e5r du tar denne ekstraferien, men du m\u00e5 varsle arbeidsgiver minst to uker i forveien.<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">DELTID<\/span><\/b>: Dersom din vanlige arbeidstid er f.eks. tre dager i den uken du tar ferie, har du brukt en ferieuke og ikke tre feriedager.<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">SYKDOM<\/span><\/b>: For \u00e5 ha rett til ny ferie er det en forutsetning at du har v\u00e6rt helt (alts\u00e5 100 %) arbeidsuf\u00f8r\/sykemeldt. Et slikt krav m\u00e5 dokumenteres med legeerkl\u00e6ring.<\/li>\n<li>Arbeidstaker har rett og plikt til \u00e5 avvikle full ferie, dette gjelder ogs\u00e5 n\u00e5r du skifter arbeidsgiver.<\/li>\n<li>Arbeidstaker og arbeidsgiver kan skriftlig avtale \u00e5 overf\u00f8re inntil to uker ferie til neste ferie\u00e5r (PAGA). Dette forutsetter at begge parter er enige om dette.<\/li>\n<li>Arbeidstaker som tiltrer senest 30. september i ferie\u00e5ret kan kreve full ferie (25 virkedager) innen utl\u00f8pet av samme ferie\u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li>Tre ukers ferie i hovedferieperioden (1. juni &#8211; 30. september) kan bare kreves av den som tiltrer innen 15. august i ferie\u00e5ret.<\/li>\n<li>Tiltrer man etter 30. september, har man likevel krav p\u00e5 minst en uke ferie samme \u00e5r<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">All vacation days must be registered in PAGA<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>According to the law of vacations all employees have the right to a minimum of 25 days (Monday to Friday) of vacation every year.<\/li>\n<li>Employees who turn 60 years of age during the vacation year have the right to an extra week of vacation. You can decide for yourself when you want to take this extra vacation, but you must alert the employer at least two weeks in advance.<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">PART TIME<\/span><\/b>: If your regular working hours are, e.g. three days in your vacation week, you have used one vacation week, not three vacation days.<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">ILLNESS:<\/span><\/b> In order to obtain the right to a new vacation you must have been completely (i.e. 100 %) unable to work\/on sick leave. This demand must be documented with a medical certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Employees have the right and duty to take a full vacation, also when changing employers.<\/li>\n<li>Employees and employers may make a written agreement to transfer up to two weeks of vacation to the next vacation year (PAGA).
