For justering av praksis vil en kunne ha nytte av \u00e5 skjele til jordmorutdanningen og sykepleierutdanningen hvor hver student har to praksisveiledere og studenten prim\u00e6rt g\u00e5r vekselsvis med disse n\u00e5r de er p\u00e5 sykehuset. Dette gir god forming gjennom mester-svenn, en blir godt kjent og kan gradvis vokse med mer oppgaver, se <a href=\"https:\/\/tv.nrk.no\/serie\/barnesykehuset\">Barnesykehuset p\u00e5 NRK<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Felles utdanningsr\u00e5d <a href=\"https:\/\/ekstern.filer.uib.no\/mofa\/studie\/Medisin\/PUM%20sakspapir\/2025\/02.04.25\/Referat%20Felles%20utdanningsr%C3%A5d%20HUS-HDS-UiB-MED%2020032025.pdf\">HUS_HDS_UiB-MED<\/a> besluttet i m\u00f8te 20. mars \u00e5 nedsette en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/sites\/w3.uib.no\/files\/attachments\/infoskriv_vestlandslegen_mars_2025.pdf\">arbeidsgruppe<\/a> for samarbeid om mottak og koordinering av \u00f8kt antall medisinstudenter i praksis i Bergensomr\u00e5det og gruppen hadde denne uken sitt f\u00f8rste m\u00f8te. Det vises ogs\u00e5 til oppdatert <a href=\"https:\/\/ekstern.filer.uib.no\/mofa\/studie\/Diverse\/Niv%C3%A5%20II-avtale%20utdanning%20HUS%20og%20UiB-MED_rev%202024_signert.pdf\">niv\u00e5 II -avtale<\/a> HUS_UiB-MED (januar 2025) og oppdatert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/sites\/w3.uib.no\/files\/attachments\/niva_iii-retningslinje_om_utdanning_rev_2024_002.pdf\">niv\u00e5 III-avtale\u00a0 <\/a>\u00a0(oktober 2024).<\/p>\n<p>For sammensl\u00e5ing av Medisin2015-modellen og Vestlandslegepilot-modellen til \u00e9n felles flercampusmodell vil en m\u00e5tte gj\u00f8re en del flytting av fag. Det kan v\u00e6re \u00f8nskelig \u00e5 ikke flytte p\u00e5 mer fag enn n\u00f8dvendig spesielt da det kan skape utfordringer i endrings\u00e5rene. Viktig hele veien \u00e5 se legeutdannelsen som helhet, og hva som er hensiktsmessig \u00e5 gj\u00f8re felles for alle de tre f\u00f8rste \u00e5rene i Bergen og hva som p\u00e5 en god m\u00e5te kan gj\u00f8res p\u00e5 alle fire studiesteder de siste 3 studie\u00e5rene.<\/p>\n<p>Det er i dette arbeidet sentralt med tett samhandling med alle sykehusene p\u00e5 Vestlandet b\u00e5de fagmilj\u00f8ene imellom og p\u00e5 institusjonsniv\u00e5. For adjustment of practice, it may be useful to look to the midwifery education and nursing education, where each student has two practice supervisors and the student primarily alternates with these when they are in their practical term. This provides good shaping, you get to know each other well and can gradually grow with more tasks, see the documentary <a href=\"https:\/\/tv.nrk.no\/serie\/barnesykehuset\">Children&#8217;s Hospital on NRK<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Joint Education Council <a href=\"https:\/\/ekstern.filer.uib.no\/mofa\/studie\/Medisin\/PUM%20sakspapir\/2025\/02.04.25\/Referat%20Felles%20utdanningsr%C3%A5d%20HUS-HDS-UiB-MED%2020032025.pdf\">HUS_HDS_UiB-MED<\/a> decided at a meeting on 20 March to appoint a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/sites\/w3.uib.no\/files\/attachments\/infoskriv_vestlandslegen_mars_2025.pdf\">working group<\/a> for cooperation on the reception and coordination of an increased number of medical students in practice in the Bergen area, and the group had its first meeting this week.<\/p>\n<p>In order to merge the Medisin2015 model and the Vestlandslege-Pilot model into one common multi-campus model, it will be necessary to relocate subjects. It may be desirable not to move more subjects than necessary, especially as this can create challenges in the years of change. It is important all the way to see the medical education as whole, and look at what is appropriate to do common for all the first three years in Bergen and what can be done in a good way at all four campuses in the last 3 years of study.<\/p>\n<p>In this work, close interaction with all the hospitals in Western Norway is central, both between the professional communities and at the institutional level.
