Et godt arbeidsmilj\u00f8 kjennetegnes av god ledelse, medvirkning fra ansatte og tydelige organisatoriske rammer. Kompetanse, god kommunikasjon, mestring og anerkjennelse gir b\u00e5de trygghet og trivsel.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Gjennom frokostseminarserien Arbeidsliv i endring \u2013 hva med arbeidsmilj\u00f8et? \u00f8nsker vernetjenesten ved UiB \u00e5 sette s\u00f8kelys p\u00e5 betydningen av faktorer som bygger et godt arbeidsmilj\u00f8.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c5rets andre frokostseminar i serien Arbeidsliv i endring \u2013 hva med arbeidsmilj\u00f8et arrangeres onsdag 28.mai.<\/p>\n<p>Universitetet som attraktiv arbeidsgiver i 2025 handler i stor grad om medarbeiderskap og ivaretakelse. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/hms-portalen\/165684\/hms-handlingsplan-2023-2026\">Handlingsplan for helse, milj\u00f8 og sikkerhet<\/a>\u00a0(HMS) er UiBs overordnede plan for arbeidsmilj\u00f8utvikling. Gjeldende handlingsplan er forankret i UiB sin strategi og omfatter tre HMS-m\u00e5l, som igjen er konkretisert i delm\u00e5l. Sentrale delm\u00e5l i handlingsplanen omhandler systematisk ivaretakelse av yngre vitenskapelige ansatte. Moderne og gode ledere vet \u00e5 fokusere p\u00e5 gode relasjoner mellom de ansatte og viktigheten av \u00e5 trives for \u00e5 kunne prestere. Trygge og stimulerende arbeidsmilj\u00f8 bidrar til fagmilj\u00f8er som mestrer, yter og utvikler seg.<\/p>\n<p>I 2022 fikk SLATE (Det norske nasjonale senteret for l\u00e6ringsanalyse) UiB sin arbeidsmilj\u00f8pris. Til frokost seminaret 28. mai kommer seniorforsker <a href=\"https:\/\/www4.uib.no\/finn-ansatte\/Ingunn.Johanne.Ness\">Ingunn Johanne Ness<\/a>, for \u00e5 fortelle om arbeidsmilj\u00f8arbeidet ved SLATE. <strong>UiB Ferd karrieresenter <\/strong>st\u00f8tter forskere i tidlig fase med informasjon og veiledning om karrieremuligheter b\u00e5de innenfor og utenfor akademia. Leder av UiB Ferd <a href=\"https:\/\/www4.uib.no\/finn-ansatte\/Ellen.Hagen\">Ellen Hagen<\/a>\u00a0er invitert for \u00e5 dele erfaring fra veiledningsrommet. Arbeidsmilj\u00f8 er ikke noe \u201cadministrative\u201d jobber har, hver enkelt er noens arbeidsmilj\u00f8, enten du er professor eller stipendiat.\u00a0Gjennom de siste \u00e5rene har det ved UiB p\u00e5 ulike arenaer, ogs\u00e5 i Universitetsstyret, v\u00e6rt vektlagt viktigheten av \u00e5rlige medarbeidersamtaler. <a href=\"https:\/\/www4.uib.no\/finn-ansatte\/Kristin.Miskov.Nodland\">Kristin Miskov Nodland<\/a>\u00a0vil bidra til \u00e5 starte en refleksjon omkring hvordan gj\u00f8re medarbeidersamtalen nyttig for b\u00e5de leder og den enkelte medarbeider (sett i lys av dagens situasjon)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/events.teams.microsoft.com\/event\/d2f3d8b8-5c83-47ea-a35c-3d6272281f3c@648a24bc-a98d-4025-9c60-48c19a142069\">P\u00e5melding<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2025\/03\/vi-mener_2024-11-27-152532_diby.avif\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25221\" src=\"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2025\/03\/vi-mener_2024-11-27-152532_diby.avif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a>[:en]<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Working life in change \u2013 what about the working environment?<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> Digital breakfast seminar Wednesday 28 May 2025 on TEAMS at 0830-1000 Employeeship and care The working environment is about how we organize, plan and carry out our work.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A good working environment is characterized by good management, participation from employees and clear organizational frameworks.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Competence, good communication, mastery and recognition provide both security and well-being.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> Through the breakfast seminar series Working life in change \u2013 what about the working environment?, the safety service at UiB wants to shine a spotlight on the importance of factors that build a good working environment.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> The second breakfast seminar of the year in the series Working life in change \u2013 what about the working environment will be held on Wednesday 28 May.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> The university as an attractive employer in 2025 is largely about employeeship and care.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Action Plan for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is UiB&#8217;s overall plan for working environment development.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The current action plan is anchored in UiB&#8217;s strategy and includes three HSE goals, which are in turn specified in sub-goals.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Central sub-goals in the action plan deal with the systematic care of younger academic staff.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Modern and good managers know how to focus on good relationships between employees and the importance of being happy in order to perform.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A safe and stimulating working environment contributes to academic environments that master, perform and develop.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> In 2022, SLATE (The Norwegian National Centre for Learning Analysis) received UiB&#8217;s working environment award.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Senior researcher Ingunn Johanne Ness will be at the breakfast seminar on 28 May to talk about the working environment work at SLATE.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The UiB Ferd career centre supports researchers in the early stages with information and guidance on career opportunities both within and outside academia.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Head of UiB Ferd Ellen Hagen has been invited to share experience from the guidance room.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The working environment is not something that &laquo;administrative&raquo;
