Gratulerer s\u00e5 mye til Aase Raddum, som er blitt tildelt status som merittert underviser.<\/p>\n<p>Og s\u00e5 fikk Simona Chera denne uken tildeling av et NFR Fripro prosjekt for banebrytende forskning, gratulerer!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5ret kan gjerne fortsette slik &#x1f60a;<\/p>\n<p>Til slutt vil jeg minne om FAMU unders\u00f8kelsen som har svarfrist p\u00e5 s\u00f8ndag (13.april). Arbeidsmilj\u00f8unders\u00f8kelser er en viktig del av universitetets systematiske arbeid med helse, milj\u00f8 og sikkerhet (HMS). Det er derfor viktig at s\u00e5 mange som mulig svarer p\u00e5 unders\u00f8kelsen!<\/p>\n<p>Viktig \u00e5 presisere at sp\u00f8rreskjemaet skal v\u00e6re anonymt, svarene kan ikke spores tilbake til den enkelte.<\/p>\n<p>Slik blir anonymiteten ivaretatt selv med etasjevis inndeling ved K2:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ingen ledere har tilgang til r\u00e5data<\/li>\n<li>Felles mal for alle rapporter<\/li>\n<li>Ingen personopplysninger i rapportene<\/li>\n<li>Ingen kobling mellom svar og e-postadresse<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ingen rapporter for grupper med f\u00e6rre enn fem svar <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e5r unders\u00f8kelsen er gjennomf\u00f8rt vil du f\u00e5 invitasjon til \u00e5 delta i oppf\u00f8lgingsarbeidet som sikter mot \u00e5 iverksette tiltak der det beh\u00f8ves. <strong>Det er viktig \u00e5 presisere at resultatene presenteres slik at ingen enkeltpersoner kan gjenkjennes<\/strong>. Ingen ledere eller andre ved UiB vil f\u00e5 tilgang til den enkeltes svar. Congratulations to Aase Raddum, who has been awarded the status of merited teacher.<\/p>\n<p>Also this week, Simona Chera was awarded a NFR Fripro project for groundbreaking research, congratulations!<\/p>\n<p>The year can continue like this &#x1f60a;<\/p>\n<p>Finally, I would like to remind you of the FAMU survey that has a response deadline on Sunday (April 13th). Working environment surveys are an important part of the university&#8217;s systematic work on health, safety and the environment (HSE). It is therefore important that as many people as possible respond to the survey!<\/p>\n<p>It is important to clarify that the questionnaire is anonymous, the answers cannot be traced back to the individual.<\/p>\n<p>This is how anonymity is safeguarded even with floor-by-floor divisions at K2:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>No managers have access to raw data<\/li>\n<li>Common template for all reports<\/li>\n<li>No personal information in the reports<\/li>\n<li>No link between reply and email address<\/li>\n<li><strong>No reports for groups with fewer than five responses <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When the survey has been completed, you will be invited to participate in the follow-up work aimed at implementing measures where needed. <strong>It is important to emphasise that the results are presented in such a way that no individual can be recognised<\/strong>. No managers or others at UiB will have access to the individual&#8217;s answers.
