Dette er en utmerket mulighet til \u00e5 dele din forskning og en sjanse til \u00e5 vinne priser fra 3 000 NOK til 10 000 NOK. Arrangementet vil bli holdt p\u00e5 Haukeland universitetssykehus fra 29. til 31. januar 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hvem kan s\u00f8ke:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PhD-kandidater, postdoktorer og forskere (inkludert medisinstudenter og sykehusansatte som driver med forskning) tilknyttet K1 eller K2 ved Universitetet i Bergen og\/eller Helse-Vest.<\/li>\n<li>Forfattere av postere eller muntlige presentasjoner presentert p\u00e5 nasjonale eller internasjonale konferanser i 2024.<\/li>\n<li>Kandidaten kan presentere b\u00e5de poster og muntlige presentasjoner, forutsatt at kandidaten har presentert begge deler i l\u00f8pet av 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Registrering og innsending:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registreringslenke: https:\/\/skjemaker.app.uib.no\/view.php?id=17860219<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e5 grunn av tidsbegrensninger og begrenset tilgjengelighet av posterbrett, vil kun de f\u00f8rste 25 innsendte muntlige presentasjonene og 50 posterne bli presentert.<\/li>\n<li>Innsending \u00e5pner: 1. november 2024<\/li>\n<li>Frist for innsending: 1. desember 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>P\u00e5krevde dokumenter:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Posterpresentasjoner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den originale konferanseposteren som en PDF-fil (med minst 300 DPI).<\/li>\n<li>Sammendrag<\/li>\n<li>En kort oppsummering, skrevet p\u00e5 enkelt norsk, for at publikum (pasienter og p\u00e5r\u00f8rende) skal forst\u00e5 hovedinnholdet i posteren. Begrenset til 5 setninger.<\/li>\n<li>Vi setter pris p\u00e5 om de som allerede har f\u00e5tt posteren trykket, bruker disse p\u00e5 arrangementet. Hvis ikke, vil vi trykke den for deg (st\u00f8rrelse +\/- A0).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Muntlige presentasjoner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PowerPoint-presentasjon av prosjektet presentert p\u00e5 en konferanse i l\u00f8pet av 2024.<\/li>\n<li>Sammendrag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Arrangementdager:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>29. januar: Posterpresentasjoner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hver posterpresentant vil gi en kort presentasjon av sin poster til en vitenskapelig komit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Tiden per posterpresentasjon er fem minutter (tre minutter for selve presentasjonen og to minutter for sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l fra den vitenskapelige komiteen).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>30. januar: Muntlige presentasjoner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentanter vil ha 10 minutter til sin presentasjon, etterfulgt av en fem minutters diskusjon.<\/li>\n<li>Muntlige presentasjoner b\u00f8r presenteres i den originale, tidligere presenterte formen. This is an excellent opportunity to share your research and a chance to win awards ranging from 3,000 NOK to 10,000 NOK.\u00a0 The event will be held at Haukeland University Hospital from the 29<sup>th<\/sup> to 31<sup>st<\/sup> of January 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Who can apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PhD candidates, Postdoctoral Researchers and Scientists (including medical students and hospital employees engaged in research) affiliated with K1 or K2 at the University of Bergen and\/or Helse-Vest.<\/li>\n<li>Authors of posters or oral presentations presented at national or international conferences in 2024.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate may present both poster and oral presentations given that the candidate has presented both during 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Registration and Submission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration link:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/skjemaker.app.uib.no\/view.php?id=17860219\">https:\/\/skjemaker.app.uib.no\/view.php?id=17860219<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Due to time constraints and limited poster board availability, only the first 25 submitted oral presentations and 50 posters will be presented.<\/li>\n<li>Submission opening: November 01, 2024<\/li>\n<li>Deadline for submission: December 01, 2024\n<p><strong>Required documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Poster Presentations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The original conference poster as a PDF file (with a minimum of 300 DPI).<\/li>\n<li>Abstract<\/li>\n<li>A short summary, written in plain Norwegian, for the public (patients and caregivers) to understand the main content of your poster. Limited to 5 sentences.<\/li>\n<li>We would appreciate it if those who have already had the poster printed would use these at the event. If not, we will print it for you (size +\/- A0).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Oral Presentations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PowerPoint presentation of the project presented at a conference during the year 2024.<\/li>\n<li>Abstract<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Event Days:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>January 29: Poster presentations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each poster presenter will give a short presentation of their poster to\u00a0a scientific committee.<\/li>\n<li>The time per poster-presentation is five minutes (three minutes for the presentation itself and two minutes for questions from the scientific committee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>January 30: Oral\u00a0presentations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presenters will have 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by a five-minute discussion.<\/li>\n<li>Oral\u00a0presentations\u00a0should be presented in the original, previously presented form.
