Dette inkluderer ogs\u00e5 stipendiater, og da er det viktig \u00e5 huske at samtalen ikke utf\u00f8res av veilederen. For ansatte med bistilling (eller ekstraerverv som det n\u00e5 heter) kan leder bli enig med den ansatte at det ikke er n\u00f8dvendig.<\/p>\n<p>Medarbeidersamtalene er en viktig arena for \u00e5 avklare forventninger til prestasjoner, gi gjensidig tilbakemelding og innsikt i hverandres arbeidssituasjon og ta opp arbeidsmilj\u00f8 og forhold ved arbeidsplassen. Spesielt for yngre forskere er det viktig at karriereplanlegging tas med, og at pedagogisk basiskompetanse og undervisningserfaring er noe de burde tenke p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Siden jeg er ny instituttleder, skal jeg denne gangen har medarbeidersamtale med alle fast ansatte f\u00f8rsteamanuensis and professorer i hovedstilling (minst 50%) i tillegg til forskningsgruppelederne og kjernefasilitetslederne. If\u00f8lge min liste blir det 49 samtaler, s\u00e5 jeg h\u00e5per at dere har forst\u00e5else for at det kommer \u00e5 strekke seg over litt tid.<\/p>\n<p>Administrasjonssjef Mia Holmaas er ansvarlig for medarbeidersamtalene med ansatte i administrasjonen.<\/p>\n<p>Ellers er gjennomf\u00f8ring av medarbeidersamtalene delegert til forskningsgruppelederne \u2013 igjen en p\u00e5minnelse om at alle ansatte skal tilh\u00f8re en forskningsgruppe. This also includes PhD candidates, and then it is important to remember that the conversation is not carried out by the supervisor. For employees with a part-time position (or extra employment as it is now called), the research group leader can agree with the employee that it is not necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Employee appraisals are an important arena for clarifying performance expectations, providing mutual feedback and insight into each other&#8217;s work situation, and addressing the working environment and conditions at the workplace. For younger researchers in particular, it is important that career planning is included, and that basic pedagogical competence and teaching experience are something they should think about.<\/p>\n<p>Since I am the new head of department, this time I will have employee appraisals with all permanently employed associate professors and professors in main position (at least 50%) in additon to research group leaders and core facility leaders.\u00a0 According to my list, there will be 49 talks, so I hope that you understand that it will stretch over some time.<\/p>\n<p>Head of Administration Mia Holmaas is responsible for the employee appraisals with employees in the administration.<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, the conduct of the employee appraisals is delegated to the research group leaders \u2013 again a reminder that all employees must belong to a research group.
