\u00c5 rapportere om u\u00f8nskede hendelser i en avviksmelding, er viktig for det kontinuerlige HMS-arbeidet ved K2. N\u00e5r vi melder inn avvik, bidrar det til \u00e5 redusere skadeomfanget, forebygge nye hendelser og bevisstgj\u00f8ring. Avviksmeldinger kan ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8re til endring av bla. rutiner og\u00a0 infrastruktur.\u00a0 Avviksmeldingene gjennomg\u00e5s ogs\u00e5 ved fakultetets HMS-utvalg og Arbeidsmilj\u00f8utvalget ved UiB.<\/p>\n

Alle oppfordres derfor til \u00e5 melde inn HMS-avvik.<\/b><\/div>\n

[:en]Reporting on adverse events in an incident report is important for the continuous HSE work at K2. When we report incidents, it helps to reduce the extent of damage, prevent new events, and raise awareness. Incident reports can also lead to changes in, among other things, routines and infrastructure. The incident reports are also reviewed by the faculty’s HSE committee and the Working Environment Committee at UiB.<\/p>\n

Therefore, everyone is encouraged to report HSE incidents.<\/strong><\/p>\n
