Programmet vil legge til rette for en felles karriereutviklingsarena for 19 postdoktorer som skal ansettes ved UiB. Forskningsmulighetene spenner fra grunnleggende AI-forskning til mer anvendt forskning innen naturvitenskap og medisin, og problemstillinger innen samspill mellom AI, menneske og samfunn med juridiske og etiske utfordringer. Programmet koordineres av Institutt for Informatikk (MN). Oppstart 1. januar 2024, varighet 5 \u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Postdoktorene jobber med sine egne AI relevante prosjekt<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">LEAD AI legger til rette for felles m\u00f8ter kurs og trening<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rekruttering f\u00f8lger hovedsakelig UiB sine rutiner, men med s\u00e6rskilte krav fra EU til mobilitet og sammensetning av komiteer<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Karriereutvikling og veiledning av postdoktorene st\u00e5r sentralt i programmet<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Samarbeid med andre institusjoner, akademiske og ikke akademiske, nasjonalt og internasjonalt er sterkt anbefalt<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fakultetet legger inn tre postdoktorer i prosjektet. Det er 6 fakultet som er involvert i dette, derfor er temaet bredt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Her er en lenke, informasjonen vil nok oppdateres etter hvert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/en\/leadai\">LEAD AI | University of Bergen (uib.no)<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p>[:en]There has been some feedback stating that there was a bit too little information in last week&#8217;s message, so here is some more detailed information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LEAD AI is partially funded by the EU&#8217;s Horizon Europe &#8211; Marie Sklodowska-Curie Action. The program will facilitate a common career development arena for 19 postdoctoral researchers to be employed at UiB. Research opportunities range from fundamental AI research to more applied research in natural sciences and medicine, addressing issues related to the interaction between AI, humans, and society, including legal and ethical challenges. The program is coordinated by the Department of Informatics (MN). It starts on January 1st, 2024, and lasts for 5 years.<\/li>\n<li>Postdoctoral researchers work on their own AI-relevant projects.<\/li>\n<li>LEAD AI facilitates common meetings, courses, and training.<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment follows mainly UiB&#8217;s procedures, but with specific requirements from the EU regarding mobility and the composition of committees.<\/li>\n<li>Career development and guidance of the postdoctoral researchers are central to the program.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with other institutions, academic and non-academic, nationally and internationally, is strongly recommended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The faculty contributes with three postdoctoral researchers to the project. Six faculties are involved in this, hence the broad scope of the theme.
