However, due to the time restriction, only the first 20 submitted projects will be presented in the oral presentation session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required documents for submission<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><u>Poster Presentations:<br \/>\n<\/u><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Poster \/ e-Poster presented in a scientific meeting during the year.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Projects presented as a Conference Poster should be submitted as an original document in PDF format.\n<ul>\n<li>Please make sure to submit posters at a minimum of 300 DPI.<\/li>\n<li>Participants do not need to bring printed posters, as this will be arranged by the organizing committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>e-Posters presented in a digital conference should be submitted in the .pptx format (PowerPoint file) including Background, Material and Methods, Results, and Conclusion Sections.\n<ul>\n<li>Sections of the poster should be presented in separate slides to increase the readability of the data during the presentation.<\/li>\n<li>PowerPoint should not exceed 6 slides per presentation<\/li>\n<li>Participants do not need to bring printed posters, as posters will be printed for the event by the organizing committee.<\/li>\n<li>If a conference poster was prepared for the original presentation despite the digital nature, please submit it in PDF format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Abstract of the project filled in the submission page following the provided link<\/li>\n<li>Brief, up to five sentences summary of the presentation: Written in Norwegian and filled in the submission page following the provided link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Oral Presentations:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PowerPoint presentation of the project presented as an oral poster in a scientific meeting during the year\n<ul>\n<li>To present the most recent data, the authors are welcome to resend the updated version of the presentation to <a href=\"mailto:forskningspresentasjoner.forskerskolen@uib.no\">forskningspresentasjoner.forskerskolen@uib.no<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The deadline for the updated presentation submission is January 20, 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Abstract of the project filled in the submission page following the provided link.<\/li>\n<li>Brief, up to five sentences summary of the presentation: Written in Norwegian and filled in the submission page following the provided link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The submission deadline is December 1, 2021<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Event Day(s):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poster presentations<\/strong> will take place on January 26, 2022<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each poster presenter will give a short online presentation of their poster to\u00a0a scientific committee.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation time per poster is around five minutes (three minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questions from the scientific committee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Oral\u00a0presentations<\/strong> will take place on January 27, 2022<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The presentation time is 10 minutes per project followed by five minutes of discussion.<\/li>\n<li>Oral\u00a0presentations\u00a0can be presented in the original, previously presented form.
