Ved utl\u00f8pet av denne perioden forventer UiB at alle ansatte har avviklet minst 15 feriedager. Normalt vil ansatte ogs\u00e5 ha avviklet noe ferie i forkant av hovedferien.<\/p>\n<p>HR sender n\u00e5 ut brev til de som ikke har registrert inn ferien om umiddelbart \u00e5 registrere avviklet ferie i Selvbetjeningsportalen og s\u00f8ke om tiden for avvikling av restferien i innev\u00e6rende \u00e5r. Dersom det er noe ferie det vanskelig lar seg gj\u00f8re \u00e5 avvikle i innev\u00e6rende \u00e5r, eller av andre grunner \u00f8nsker \u00e5 overf\u00f8re til neste \u00e5r, kan det s\u00f8kes om overf\u00f8ring av inntil 14 feriedager i henhold til ferielov og tariffavtale. Ved vurdering av slike s\u00f8knader skal arbeidsgivers og arbeidstakers ansvar og plikter etter ferieloven vektlegges: <strong><em>\u00abArbeidsgiver plikter \u00e5 s\u00f8rge for at arbeidstaker gis feriefritid p\u00e5 25 virkedager hvert ferie\u00e5r. Arbeidstaker plikter \u00e5 avvikle feriefritiden hvert \u00e5r\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dersom det ved \u00e5rsslutt fortsatt mangler registrering av ferie i Selvbetjeningsportalen og avtale om overf\u00f8ring ikke foreligger, vil all opptjent ferie anses som avviklet i innev\u00e6rende \u00e5r og f\u00f8lgelig bli slettet i v\u00e5re systemer.[:en]We remind you that all holidays should be registrated in the Self-Service Portal by 1<sup>st<\/sup> of October.<\/p>\n<p>According to the law, the main holiday comprises 15 holiday days and is granted in the period 1 June &#8211; 30 September. At the end of this period, UiB expects all employees to have completed at least 15 vacation days. Normally, employees will also have taken some time off before the main holiday.<\/p>\n<p>For those who have not registered the holiday will receive a letter from the HR-Dept. to immediately register the holiday in the Self-Service Portal and apply for the remaining holiday in the current year. If there is holiday that is difficult to complete in the current year, or for other reasons want to transfer to next year, you can apply for a transfer of up to 14 holiday days in accordance with the law. When assessing such applications, the employer&#8217;s and employee&#8217;s responsibilities and obligations under the \u2018Ferieloven\u2019 shall be emphasized: \u00abThe employer is obliged to ensure that the employee is given holiday time of 25 working days each holiday year.
