[:no]\"\"Som dere kanskje har f\u00e5tt med dere slutter dessverre v\u00e5r n\u00e5v\u00e6rende administrasjonssjef Julie Stavnes. Julie har hatt stillingen i seks \u00e5r og gjort en kjempeinnsats for instituttet. Hennes bakgrunn som sivil\u00f8konom NHH og n\u00e6ringslivet har v\u00e6rt sv\u00e6rt nyttig i den krevende jobben det er \u00e5 v\u00e6re administrasjonssjef for et institutt som er like stort som flere andre fakultet ved universitetet i Bergen. Jeg vil benytte anledningen til \u00e5 takke Julie for en fantastisk flott innsats, ikke bare rent administrativt og faglig, men ogs\u00e5 sosialt og som medmenneske. Jeg tror jeg p\u00e5 vegne av alle ved K2 kan si at vi kommer til \u00e5 savne henne stort. Hun g\u00e5r til stillingen som administrasjonssjef ved BIO, Det matematisk naturvitenskapelige fakultet, og de er jo sv\u00e6rt heldige.<\/p>\n

Julie blir vanskelig \u00e5 erstatte, men vi m\u00e5 bare h\u00e5pe p\u00e5 \u00e5 f\u00e5 gode s\u00f8kere. Vet du om gode administrasjonssjefsemner m\u00e5 du oppfordre dem til \u00e5 s\u00f8ke. Fristen er helgen etter p\u00e5ske.<\/p>\n

Jeg benytter ogs\u00e5 anledningen til \u00e5 oppfordre alle om \u00e5 svare p\u00e5 ARK-unders\u00f8kelsen. Den er helt sentral som instrument for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re arbeidsmilj\u00f8et bedre og \u00e5 hindre un\u00f8dvendige HMS-tiltak. Her vil alle stemmer telle og v\u00e6re viktige. En unik side ved unders\u00f8kelsen er at den gjentas med noen \u00e5rs mellomrom slik at det er mulig \u00e5 kartlegge endringer i arbeidsmilj\u00f8et over tid.\"\"<\/p>\n

Dekan Per Bakke har lovet gratis lunsj med h\u00f8ye snitter og noko att\u00e5t til det instituttet som har h\u00f8yest svarprosent. K2 er vant med \u00e5 vinne og dette \u00abgullet skal hem\u00bb. Gjennomf\u00f8r unders\u00f8kelsen i dag!<\/p>\n

Da er det bare \u00e5 \u00f8nske en riktig GOD P\u00c5SKE til alle!<\/p>\n

 [:en]\"\"As you may have noticed, our current Head of Administration, Julie Stavnes, is leaving. Julie has held the position for six years and has made a huge effort for the Department. Her background as a Master of Business Administration from NHH and the business community has been very useful in the demanding job of being Head of Administration for a department that is as large as several other faculties at the University of Bergen.<\/p>\n

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Julie for a wonderful effort, not only administratively professionally, but also socially and as a fellow human being. I think I can say on behalf of everyone at K2 that we will miss her very much. She goes to the position of Head of Administration at BIO, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and they are very lucky.<\/p>\n

Julie will be difficult to replace. Hence, we hope to get good applicants. If you know of any good management candidates, you need to encourage them to apply. The deadline is the weekend after Easter.<\/p>\n

\"\"I also take this opportunity to encourage everyone to respond to the ARK survey. It is absolutely central as an instrument for improving the working environment and preventing unnecessary health, environment and safety work<\/strong> (HMS in Norwegian) measures. Here, all voices will count and be important. A unique aspect of the survey is that it is repeated every few years so that it is possible to map changes in the working environment over time.<\/p>\n
